Policy on Returns and Refunds?
As many people know we travel almost 100 percent of the time and have no physical location to handle returns and all photos are shipped by the printing lab which only accepts returns for print related problems. If you received a damaged print please contact the shipping company. Also since all photos are custom printed to your specific size and print material, Sir John Photography has a strict no return policy with all sales being final and hope you understand.
Please make sure the photo is what you want before ordering and feel free to ask any questions before you buy with any concerns you might have. We really want you to be happy with your purchase and do our best to bring you the highest quality prints on the market where you can be confident in getting the best so you will be a long term collector of our work.
When will I receive my purchase?
Most orders are produced in the lab within a week and shipping in the USA is usually also one week. For international customers the printer generally uses UPS and it depends on the size and weight. In some cases it might be a week and in others it might be 2-3 weeks as the work might have to be shipped in crates, etc. We will do our best to get it to you asap.
You are purchasing a print copy of my work for your enjoyment and investment and may exhibit it or sell it as you wish, however you do not have the right to have this art work copied and reproduced as those copyrights remain with Johnny Ray entirely.
